It really irritates Brett if I use my sewing machine :) while a movie is on.

And for the record, Brett made that quilt for our baby Lorelai. His grand plan is to make one for each kid we pop out because how many kids can say that their 'blankies' were made by their daddy's? Gotta love him :DLisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04057364132572445422noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6614877319004954692.post-72740617698196507642009-07-07T21:50:35.132-06:002009-07-07T21:50:35.132-06:00i was beginning to wonder in all this bag sewing i...i was beginning to wonder in all this bag sewing if you still worked on that flower garden quilt. you defn have much more patience for that sort of quilt than i do. haa haa.
man, we've got ourselves in deep for lots of sewing amounts...
good thing i got laid off from picture people :Pemilyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02054796406154129164noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6614877319004954692.post-90625698909705409902009-07-07T20:43:26.363-06:002009-07-07T20:43:26.363-06:00Lisa ~ I love the story about Grandma Ruth. Every quilt has a story, whether it is about the quilter who made it or the person for whom the quilt was made. Your Grandmother's Flower Garden blocks are beautiful and I hope you'll show a picture of the quilt when it's finished ~ it's going to be wonderful.

And I love your husband's quilt! Pink and lavender? With a pink floral border? I hope he's making it for a very special little girl in his life... :)Carriehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06595778602443503596noreply@blogger.com
